1. Account Creation:You must create an account to access certain features of the Platform. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated.
2. Account Types:You can register as either a Client (a customer who purchases products and services) or a Merchant (an individual or business that sells products and services).
3. Account Security:You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify Maliya immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

1. Lawful Use:You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Platform in a way that violates any applicable laws or regulations in Cameroon.
2. Prohibited Activities:You agree not to:
   • Post or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive.
   • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities.
   • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Platform.

1. Merchant Obligations:If you are a Merchant, you are responsible for the accuracy of your product listings, the quality of your goods or services, and the fulfillment of all orders. You agree to adhere to all terms related to your chosen subscription plan.
2. Client Obligations:If you are a Client, you agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes associated with your purchases. All sales are subject to the terms provided by the individual Merchant.
3. Financial Services:Our financial services, including the Maliya Wallet, are subject to additional terms that you must agree to before use.

1. Maliya Content:All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Maliya or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
2. User Content:You retain all rights to the content you post on the Platform ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Maliya a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content to operate and promote the Platform.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Maliya does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maliya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms
